As we have open apartments we are still offering a $50 referral fee to residents who refer a person that is accepted as a new tenant.
Thank you for your patience last summer while we upgraded the hot water system for the building and completed replacing the buildings boiler. The feedback has been great!
We have completed replacing the hall carpet and lighting in the common areas. This Spring we will be installing the rest of the stain glass clear-story windows.
